    Hadaf offers programs to support additional employment for people with disabilities, women and patients with kidney failure​

    The Director of the Human Resources Development Fund Branch "Hadaf" in the Eastern Province Abdulaziz Al-Youssef emphasized the Fund's keenness to provide additional support to private institutions in the event that they attract groups of people with disabilities, females, and those who are in low-opportunity areas, and patients with kidney failure, according to mechanisms and programs Dedicated to each category, in line with the vision and mission of the fund in supporting nationalization and Saudization.​​

    This came during a remote meeting organized by the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Chamber’s Business Council in the Khafji Governorate on Tuesday (15 / September / 2020) about “the services, programs and enablers of the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) provided to establishments and businessmen in Al-Khafji Governorate and managed by Council Chairman Marzouq Al-Balawi, and he said That the fund adopts this based on a long-term vision that says: “National human resources initiative and product”, and carries a message: “The development and development of national human resources through effective and high-impact initiatives provided by the company with the main stakeholders of the labor market system.” Therefore, the activities of the Fund proceed According to a system of values ​​that are: "Focus on results, excellence, transparency, team spirit, speed of achievement, with a focus on the target customer."​

    He pointed out that all the fund's services and activities are carried out through 22 branches throughout the Kingdom, 40 rehabilitation centers, and 7 employment offices (including 3 branches, 9 centers, and one office in the Eastern Province), all of which attract job vacancies, hold employment meetings, and so on.

    Al-Youssef reviewed some of the fund's initiatives to support the option of Emiratisation in the public and private sectors, most notably the National Labor Portal (Taqat) and the National Observatory. The first, he said, is a comprehensive electronic platform for the labor market in the Kingdom that brings together job seekers and business owners, and provides an opportunity to provide and exchange services Efficient and effective recruitment and training to increase the stability and development of the workforce in the local labor market and contribute to offering job opportunities fairly for all.

    About the National Observatory, it aims to contribute to supporting decision-making and developing programs through accurate data, indicators, reports, and studies that reflect the reality of the labor market in the Kingdom, explaining that the observatory is implementing its activities through the fund's partnership with a number of government agencies, including the ministries of "Human Resources and Development." Social, Municipal and Rural Affairs, Justice, Education, Trade and Investment, with the “Social Insurance, Retirement, Technical and Vocational Training” institutions, and the “Public Transport and Statistics” bodies with an "Elm" platform.​

    Al-Youssef said that the fund provides a number of various programs to support employment and training, with the aim of supporting researchers and job seekers in the private sector, as the fund bears a percentage of the employee's wages, and includes all jobs in the private sector for full-time and remote work, with additional support for employment in the regions. And cities with less opportunities, employment of females, people with disabilities, and patients with kidney failure, and each of these groups has a special program of support that is carried out according to specific mechanisms.
    He reviewed a set of requirements and support mechanisms, stressing that the support is directed to all private sector establishments that can be supported unless they are parked at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or the Human Resources Development Fund​.
